  • Tax Rate is 14.25%

  • Reservation Platform Fee 9.5%

  • Cleaning Fee is $295

  • Pet Fee is $35 per night

  • No damage deposit or damage waiver required. Guest responsible for all damage, missing items, and excess cleaning.

Peak Season

Peak Dates:

  • Spring Break - March 1 - 31

  • Summer - May 25 - September 4

  • Holiday rates take priority

Booking Policy and Payments

  • Payment 1: 25% of total stay due at time of booking to secure your stay.

  • Payment 2: 25% of total stay due 60 days from date of stay.

  • Payment 3: Remaining balance due 30 days from date of stay.

If stay is less than 30 days, full balance is due at the time of booking.

Refund Policy

Payment 1 is a non-refundable payment. Payments 2 and 3 are refunded if your stay is rescheduled or cancelled greater than 30 days from your stay. In the event of a cancellation with less than 30 days notice, we will refund your payments if we can re-book the cabin for the time you originally had booked. We are proud to say we have never kept a guest’s payments without a stay.
